Changes:

Open tables now auto-refreshed after a reconnect. Previously the player would need to use the manual Refresh command on the table menu.

Fixed unchecking bug with tournament "Start Now" box in client. This checkbox appears when the "Start Min" setting is non-zero. Previously only checking the box would send a signal to the server while unchecking was ignored.

Fixed bug that sent extra "TableMessage" packets to client.
