I approached him about his site for sale and promised me to build me a customized site. As seeing that he posted few times here, I agreed to his prepayment of $250 upfront. I paid immediately with paypal and all of sudden went into hiding for days.

After he decide to develop memory lapse of our agreement, he went into hiding until I contacted paypal so the funds can be frozen until our problems were resolved. All of sudden he became very helpful.

Next day I get an email from him:
Yo entiendo tu molestia, estoy subiendo el sitio que te prometi, un prototipo para que lo evalues, te escribi en español para evitar malos entendidos, aca son las 8:00pm, el sitio tarda en subir 1 hora.
Uhm.. I don't speak spanish. So I translate it using google translate and basically he understands my annoyance and the site will be up in an hour.
So being big dummy I am, I released the payment via paypal and end the dispute thinking he would finish the job....
Next morning I get this email from him:
"Sorry , i cant to finish the work"
He has copy of my vBulletin with license code, copy of PM software I bought from Kent, and some stupid dedicated server he recommended me to get along with a joomla bridge software that he desparately needed to finish "my job" that I also paid for. Oh yeah, he was trying to run his stupid site off from my dedicated server.
This has not been a pleasant experience at all. But hey, world is a round. You eventually get yours. I hope he enjoys the $250 he ripped from me, because in reality, that's all he's worth. Kinda sad.
So if any of you get a PM from Daniel Dominguez, watch out!
