Changes:

Fixed BCrypt API compatibility to run on older versions of Windows. This bug was caused by the modification to the RNG seed function made in version 7.32. It contained an API parameter not implemented until Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 so if you had an older system the "Register Service" button in the PM Service Manager wouldn't work at all.
