Setting to make "run it twice" mandatory?

Our small game loves run it twice, and so we make it mandatory whenever there is an all in situation.

But we have a couple of players who play on phones and inadvertently uncheck the box from time to time with clumsy fingers.

Would it be possible to add a setting so run it twice is not only automatically checked, but cannot be unchecked and there is no need to accept each time? So that every all in hand is automatically run twice on tables the host chooses to set that way?
