More account custom fields and dedicated mobile number field

Hi Kent,

Here is a feature request for more account custom fields beyond the current single "custom" field and also a request for a dedicate mobile number field.

I'm currently using Custom to store mobile number but would like a dedicated field for that information, and also extra custom fields for other data (ex: referred by...).
