Login Errors with some devices

Hello
I face a bunch of errors every day , Errors like : "Unknown account" and "Unknown player"
These errors occurs when some players with Sony and Huawei devices going to login , sometimes they can login and some times they face error randomly .
The passwords are correct because i use passwords from database , i am suspected to username encoding or case-sensivity.
Is there any function to normalize username string before use in API?

AccountsGet, AccountsList, and AccountsSearch will all return the normalized player name regardless of the case you send.
