*Start Now Tournaments

Post by The MPC »

What I'm looking for is either

1) a situation where players don't have to check the Start Now* box, but that the tournament would begin whenever X amount of players registered

or

2) a more efficient way for players to easily click Start Now* with the current setup by possibly placing the Start Now* check box on the registration popup or the registration confirmation popup instead of in it's current location which requires an extra step by the players

Situation #1 is just a sit 'n go with X being the maximum entrants. Although, there's no late reg allowed in that case.

Something I'll consider in a future version. In the mean time the other option is to use the Start Code feature and then anyone who knows the code can manually start it as long as there are at least 2 players registered.

+1 to this request. I have a handful of player who are cool getting things started and playing short. We all know more will come along once something’s going. I just want this type of tournament to sit at the bottom of scheduled tournaments and not having to schedule this tournament.
