Hello, I am new around here, but there are a couple of things that I don't seem to be able to do with the software that would be nice.

It would be really nice if there were stats for how many hands each player has played, as well as how much rake has been collected from that individual player. I don't know how hard this would be to implement but I would find it to be very useful information!

That information is recorded in the hand history files as it happens. It's not summarized anywhere so you'll have to parse out that data on your own.
