Some players in the RingGames, after winning some tabs decide to leave the seats and then back down with a minimum of chips. It would be nice that users can not remove the table cards, table simply be changed or wait something like 2 hours (after retirement) in order to re-enter the minimum.

That feature already exists. See "Rathole minutes" in the Client Settings group on the System tab.
