NOTES IN TRANSACTIONS LOG

Please include a "Notes" column in the transaction logs for both individual player accounts and the house account.
This will help clarify the reason behind each transaction. For example, if I see a -100 chip entry in my transactions, I’d like to see a note explaining why I withdrew 100 chips—or why another admin did.
Similarly, for the house account, we need to be able to add notes when chips are added or removed to document the reason for each adjustment.
