If in a tournament you are offered the option to rebuy and then refresh your client, you are taken back to the table but the Rebuy button is gone and there is no indication that the rebuy timer is counting down until it expires and you get the "Rebuy period is terminated" chat message.

Well then don't do that. But seriously, refreshing the client is the equivalent of logging out and back in again.
