Time sensitive table setting

Looking to see if theres an option for you to make where I can have a table to be deemed OPEN or CLOSED based on the time of day. I want to do a "Aces Cracked" from X time to X time but dont want to allow players to sit at the table either before or after the stated time.

Along with this I would like to have dynamic rake option based on time of day. Where I could do a "Happy Hour" promo where rake is X% between select times.

The API could be used to put tables online or offline at specific times. You can't change settings like rake while the table is online but the API could do it while it's in an offline state.
