Changes:
Added "Visible permission" setting to ring games and tournaments. You can use this to show or hide certain tables and tournaments based on each player's permission list.
Added "Rabbit Hunt" setting to Client Settings group on System tab. Pro/Gold sites can use this to disable the rabbit hunt option that appears on the replay hand summary dialog in the client.
Added Save button to transactions window in player client. Players can use this to save their transaction log (Lobby -> Account -> Balance -> Transactions). It puts the items in CSV format for easy import into a spreadsheet program.
Added beep sound when mixed choice and ICM chop dialogs appear.
