I am noticing that from the admin page, the account transaction history is not complete.

For example, for one of my players, it only goes back a couple months, and for others it goes back several months, but not all the way to when that account was created/funded.

Is there anyway to get the complete transaction history for an account?

Looks like all the transaction history on my server only goes back to April of 2022. Is it tied to a particular verion update, perhaps?

What do you have for this setting?

System tab -> Database Settings -> Account transaction days

The default setting is 0 which equates to never deleting old data.

Oh, and April 1 of 2022 was when 7.00 was released with this new feature. So no one has any data older than that (except for your Event Logs).

Account transaction days is set to 0 and I'm certain I've never changed it.

So I assume the only way to see transactions prior to this would be in the event logs. It looks like I must have deleted the old version 6 logs after I upgraded to version 7 (although maybe I have backups from back then on AWS).

Not a big deal, just was curious if I had a way to see those old transactions, in case one of my players had questions about their account balance.

See my post just above your last one. If you deleted your v6 event logs then there is no way to retrieve older data.
