What does the PM Service Manager show for the state of the poker service? What does the error log show?

Can I email you the error log?

This is freese vs a crash. These is no crash log created.

Of the last 5 times it has happened 3 of the 5 times people were able to log in and resume game after 5 mins. It has happened on 2 different games as well. Meaning it's not the same game structure freezing.

If the problem fixes itself then it sounds more like internet connectivity issues. What kind of setup do you have, where are you hosted?

Just happened again.
First time since the last time.

Waiting to see if it reconnects.

Seems to happen same time of night when it happens.
Between 9:25 and 9 35 pm EST.

We have been playing the same game hosted on the same server for the last 2 years / 5 months and it just started happening.

Game tonight did not unfreeze.
I had to stop server, restart the server.

Each time it has happened I can always connect to the hosting computer via remote desktop, however I cannot access the game server. It has to be stopped / force closed and restarted.

Game froze up again tonight.
Did not restart... Had to shut down Mavens and restart.

Game locked up again tonight.
I can connect to host no problem but game server had to be shut down and restarted.

Kent .. any thoughts? Any thing I can give you in hopes of figuring out what is causing it.

What's in the error log file (not the tab but the actual file)?

Happened tonight only this time it un froze. And the game picked up where it left off.

This is the first time it happened since the last time it happened.
And we have been playing every night since then.

Happened 3 nights in a row.
Two nights froze for 5 minutes and resumed
One night froze and did not resume

Is it only me that is having this continuous problem?
