SSL Encryption Setting is not Persisted 6.16

When you close the Server window and restart it, the SSL Encryption setting is always set to No. Ideally this value should be persisted between sessions just like every other value. Is there should be a way to enable this behavior? This is in version 6.16

There were 18 updates to v6 since 6.16. Why have you not patched up? That bug was fixed in 6.17.
