We have had numerous reports recently of players dealt into hands, but unable to see their hole cards. Logs show the hole cards and their actions, but we have confirmed video of instances where they clearly cannot see their cards. I have a 2.4M MP4 if you give me a place to drop it. Attachments limited to 256K.

Make sure your players are aware of the "Refresh table" command on the Table menu. That will force a redraw of everything in the case of packet drops due to bad internet connections.
