What does this provider that the existing admin panel doesn't? And what does "play as an administrator" mean?

I mean it is a nice gui interface but Id have to wonder how much they are charging for it.. Its remotely a little easier maybe to navigate vs the built in but it still basically has the same overall functions outside of making hunting down rake numbers easier and maybe one click balance stuff..
