Add Option to Assign Card Graphics to a Specific Table

With the many different card deck graphics available from places like Mavens Tables, it would be nice to be able to assign different card graphics to tables to change things up. I have many different table designs, but every table has the same playing cards. Adding this option would further enhance the theme of each table. Thanks
