We had a player tonight who could not see his cards. I have attached a screenshot. You can see the hand helper shows what he has ("Alintowin") and he was able to call a bet. The error log was empty. He may have had a bad internet connection at the time because the event log shows him disconnect and reconnect twice around that time. Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide. Again, thanks.

A player can miss packets due to a dropped connection. The solution for them is to select "Refresh table" on the table menu. Make sure your players are aware of this feature.
