Add-on needs an audible alarm or to bring table to front

Add-on time needs to be longer

KO dollars on a chopped pot should be split between players that chopped

Table change brings table to the front even though no action is needed

If you set a rest break to start when the rebuy period ends, your add-on period will last the full length of your rest break. Otherwise it just inserts a 1-minute break for the add-on.
