Is there an option to run a big Tournament that will require many days to complete
And each day once the hour of tourney started, all players will be in same tables + same amount of chips as the day before

Until tourney completed

You can use the Action -> Pause (after hand) command to pause a tournament. Action -> Resume to continue.
