I am new to windows servers. I got one at atlanticnet but I did not see a way to upload the program on to the server.

If you can let me know how do i get the software up there and installed?

If there is documentation on that just point me there.

Use Microsoft's Remote Desktop program, which is already installed on your local Windows PC. Instructions in item 2 of the FAQ:

What is the cost

on atlantic.net log in, create your server, reset password, click console...this will take you to the log in screen of your server.
