In the O8 limit game, if a player goes all-in on a street for less than the big bet and someone raises him, the software is adding the raise to the all-in rather than only allowing the raiser to complete the bet. Example:

In 10/20 game on turn, player A goes all in for $8
Player B raises. Software lets him raise to $28. He should only be allowed to complete the bet to $20

It depends if you've had a chance to act yet in the round. If you haven't acted yet, you are always allowed to make a full raise. It's only when someone acts after you and cannot make a complete raise. Only then is it treated as a call when it comes back around to you to respond.
