I've replicated a live game I used to play pre-quarantine. One of the quirks of the tournament was that you were allowed to surrender your stack at the end for a full re-buy. Short of allowing the minimum re-buy stack to be above one, and allowing players to have the re-buy + the chips they had remaining, So, I don't think the Poker Mavens currently support Chip Surrender, correct?

No, you can set a stack threshold for when rebuys are allowed but there is no chip surrender.
