Re-entry/re-enter/rebuy for tournaments

Recently started playing tourneys with this software that a friend set up, and really enjoying it!
Question: Are re-entries possible to configure with this software?
Let's say, for instance, the tourney allows for 1 rebuy through level 5.
A player busts at level 2... can that player wait to re-enter at level 5 instead of rebuying right away?
If so, how do you go about setting that up?

No, re-entry is not currently supported.

If a player is removed (no-show timer expired), is it possible to re-register him as a late registration? Or does the program recognize him as having already played and prevent him from late registering?

It shows him in the player list as "Removed" so he cannot come back in.
