Hello

I have come across couple of strange occurrences,
a) Players dealt in, can't see their cards
b) Game server is running but players are getting disconnected and getting web socket error.

could you help, give me some insight, how such incidents can happen.

Is it because we have the configuration incorrectly setup.

What is your server setup? Is this on a cloud server or a home pc behind a router, etc?

Players can refresh their window on the table menu.

I've seen this once and I was the only person in the hand affected who couldn't see their cards (Pro v6.17). A quick refresh of the browser fixed it for me. I didn't see anything in the error logs.

The usual issue is a disconnect and the fix is the Refresh Table command on the table menu.
