In my ongoing endeavor to facilitate a tournament clock, it occurs to me that the task would be greatly simplified if a Stats API call returned certain information real-time, rather than at the end of the last hand. The information as to stacks, position and all of that do NOT need to do this. But if the Run time, Time to next level, Level Number and Next Blinds were current (real time) at the time of the API call, implementing a standalone tournament clock would be very much simplified.

IMHO.

Any thoughts about this idea, Kent?

The tournament thread is not setup to be interrupted in real time like that.
