Briggs Softworks

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how a player can mute another player in the chatbox. I've tried clicking on their avatar but the show profile option is greyed out (unclickable).
If anyone knows how to activate this please let me know.

Click the player then select Notes. The Block chat option is on that dialog.
