I'm trying to make my server secured.

I bought a domain from Google that I now point my online server that I rent from atlantic.net to. (It's a windows server).

I have downloaded Kent's utility to produce the details for the online cert and copied to clipboard.

I've got to letsencrypt.org that sends me to do a cert bot.

It asks me My HTTP website is running ______________ (software) on ________________ (System)... which I"m assuming is Windows.

I don't know which options to choose.

is there another place to get a CA cert that I don't need to know the answers to this?

LetsEncrypt has a very convoluted system that requires some kind of cert agent utility to be running on your system all the time. It's much easier to just pay a Comodo affiliate $9 a year for one:

Technically speaking wouldn't it be easier to let Cloudflare do it?

They'll issue you a "server certificate" that isn't recognized by anyone but Cloudflare then they'll "front" your server with a working certificate and intermediate between your players and the internet.
Plus you get the protection of Cloudflare.

But if you insist on LetsEncrypt, you could automate the process to dump the requested certs into PM's directory.
There's a couple of Windows client options.

I don't know if it's easier but it's certainly a free option.
