In the tournament settings, there's an entry for START NOW that makes reference to the number of players clicking the Start Now box to start the tournament immediately. My players cannot see any such box. It is specifically used when I have heads up sit and go tournaments. They don't want to wait 60 seconds once they both sit down.
Where is the Start Now box, or how do I make it appear?

Click the Players button when that tournament is selected in the Lobby. The checkbox is under the waiting list.

Note the "60 seconds" you are referring to is a result of your setting here:

System tab -> Client Settings -> Tournament start seconds

The Start Now box has nothing to do with that. It is a voting system that lets players manually start a tournament. Your setting above will still go into effect.
