First, let me say that I THINK I'm doing something wrong, not that the programs are not functioning. I downloaded the latest version of each program. I am running Pro v. 6.16 with SSL on port 443 and the Redirect utility picking up port 80 and redirecting it to 443.

When I use the reg saver, I set it up as follows:
Domain name: splash.poker; File port 443; API path api; and the correct password. Errors with "Could not connect to http://splash.poker:443/api.
SO, I figure, OK. It wants a non-ssl connection, so I point it to port 80. Errors with "Could not connect to http://splash.poker/api.
OK. So I try changing the domain name to https://splash.poker and the port set to 443. Errors with "Could not connect to https://splash.poker:443/api"

I haven't been able to find any combination that works. Same behavior with the API reference.

(I even tried turning off the redirect and using port 80. Same problem)

You will need the 32-bit OpenSSL files in the same folder as the RegSave.exe program to make that SSL connection.

Thank you for the quick reply. I didn't realize the SSL files had to be in the same directory as these utilities. Did that and they're now communicating. One problem with the registration server:

I load up the tournaments, highlight the one I want to take offline, I save the registrations (it shows the registration down below). I take it off-line, then I hit select all to get the registrations, when I finally hit re-register, I get a "Player account not found" error. If I manually tell it to add the player, it works. Only other thing I noticed was in the list of players it doesn't show just the name, it displays:

Michael=No|0

If I manually register Michael, then try to use the un-register function, I get a prompt that reads "Unregister Michael=No|0 from Barry's tournament? When I press yes (even though I am registered) it gives me an error Player not registered. What am I doing wrong?

Apparently I never tested this utility after version 6 was released, since it has registration saving features built into the Action menu. That extra info after the name is messing things up. I'll get that fixed but in the mean time you'll have to use the built in option in the Windows interface.
