Is it possible for players to take a seat at a game that is paused? Otherwise, the dealer starts shuffling as soon as more than one person sits. This is not ideal when waiting for everyone to gather and get ready. It would be better if I could pause the game and then start it once everyone is seated and ready. This is for ring games.

Question for Kent - If you pause a table for an extended period of time (several hours), will the table resume by itself after a period of time (and if so, how long)? A friend who is using Poker Mavens reportedly paused his Ring Game several hours before the planned start time to allow players to seat early and wait, but supposedly the game became un-paused and started before everybody arrived.

It should go forever unless you take the table offline or the whole site goes offline.
