can't get my server online

Kent's been nice enough to talk me through, but my technical abilities aren't up to snuff. Wondering if somebody can help me do it remotely. Thx!
I finally got it to connect and list in the servers under poker mavens.net.
But then when I hit LOAD it kicks me to the 23.240.122.8:8087 (that's what LOOKUP generated for me -- I was able to fix that) but I just get
This page isn't working
23.240.122.8 didn't send any data
Any thoughts / help would be greatly appreciated.
