Add Search function to Tournaments Tab in console

Once an admin gets a lot of tourneys going, it becomes harder and harder to locate a certain tournament in the console Tournaments tab. Adding a Search/Filter button would be very useful IMO, so that we can only display the tourneys we need to edit.
Another suggestion, although not really as useful as a Search/Filter, would be to break the SNG's off onto their own tab (like in the client) on the console for the admin.
