After player play in my poker table and make some money he can sit out and sit in after a sec with lower amount of chips
how do i change it ?

Use the "Rathole minutes" setting for your ring table. That specifies how long the player must wait if they want to return with fewer chips. Otherwise they will have to buy-in with at least as many chips as they had previously.
