Mavens becomes not responding

Hello,
Mavens goes to not responding very often. All system resources are being used normally but mavens goes to not responding. Just 50 players online.

What does the Windows Task Manager show for PMServer.exe for CPU, Memory, and Threads when this happens?

Crashed with just 102 members online.
handles : 41,000
Threads : 502

Anything recorded in the Error Log? Define "crash". A complete crash or were tables still running? Could players still login, use chat, etc? What the /admin interface working?

Definition of crash : The server becomes not responding. all games stuck, have to close and open it again.
