Hi

I did a purchase 5 hours ago and I'm pretty sure it gave plenty of time til 9 PM in texas.

However I did not get my product as promised.

What's going on? I thought if ordered between 9am and 9pm the order would be processed within hours.

I got the notice from BitPay at 7:04 PM Texas time and mailed your link just before 8 pm. You should have it by now. Check your spam folder if not.
