PM 4 Cache and Wait on Connecting...

Dears ,
sometimes when players open PM4, browser cache that and wait on connecting...
players should Clear Browser Cache and Refresh Site !
why ?!
is any way to fix it without this process ?!

Internet download managers and Kaspersky security software have been known to interfere with Poker Mavens. Ask your players if they are running either of those things.

dear kent ,
many of my players disable or closed ( IDM - Windows Firewall - Antivrus and cleared their cache ...) but some of their has this problem again !
why ?!

What is your "Max FP connections per IP" setting in the Server Settings group?

Try to find out what those players have in common, as compared with the ones that don't have a problem connecting. Are they using PCs or tablets. Which O/S. Which browser, etc.
