How to view hands on server when of all player in table are gaming?
i as a admin want to know if players collude.

In the hand history files saved on the server, there is a "Deck" line recorded at the end of each hand showing all cards dealt. The first card goes to the first player left of the dealer button.

That will never happen. There's no legitimate reason to do that.

No support,visitors should know that the staff is not capable of viewing hands,would you play against someone who could view your hand?
