Does this software have a setting that makes it so players can't rathole at a specific table? It's common to force players to buy in for the same amount of chips if they've cashed within the last hour... I was able to consistently standup when I made a profit and rebuy for the minimum.

Yes, see "Rathole minutes" in the Client Settings group.
