Changes:
Fixed a bug in the side pot collection routine. During side pot betting, if a raiser forced others to fold so that there was no showdown for that pot, the raiser's overbet went directly into the side pot instead of being refunded directly to him. Even though he wins those chips anyway, it inflated the side pot's real value and thus potentially caused too much rake to be collected for tables with the rake feature enabled.
