If you already have a clone of a site and willing to sell for faster development time its also ok. Since I have a unique web design.

You need to provide me a demo that it is working.
And I will pay per working module and pay via paypal. fair and square.
eg: new client registration, list top 10 upcoming tournaments, etc etc.

yes, do not go for pokermavendeveloper,

do not pay in advance,
find a company / group to do it.
escrow dont release until all work is done.
becareful of what u find in the forums, theres many dodgy "programmers" who just want to take your money and run away.
