Is there a way to have a mod cut a players chat with out that access of the Admin tools?

Like a small script to call the function that they can use on a web page?

Feel free to get back to me if you have any ideas

Just create a script that calls the AccountsEdit API function and set the Chat field to a date in the future for the specified player.
