What are File Port Sweeps?

What are File Port Sweeps?

Hi, I'm looking in the logs and I have found these:

If you have "Connection sweep minutes" set to a non-zero value in the Server Settings group, the server will kill any connections to your server that have been idle for that long. Usually from misbehaving browsers that made unused connections and never let them go.
