rake account dosent save

hi,
we have found an issue when we restart the server , the poker server doesnt save the rake account parameter ,
and we have to go in and update it manually ,taking the latest number in the log file.
is this a known issue with 3.20 ?

What do you mean by parameter? The balance? On the Accounts tab, click the Chips button and then select "Rake accounts...". There is a Balance column for Ring Game Rake and Tournament Entry Fees. Those values are written to the Windows registry any time they change. Are you saying they are getting reset to zero when you restart the poker server? I'm unable to duplicate that.

Are any of your System tab settings getting reset to their default values? They are all stored in the same place in the registry. Click the Windows Start button, select Run and then type in "regedit". Navigate your way to:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Briggs Softworks\Poker Mavens 3\

Then look for "RakeAccount" and "EntryFeeAccount" in the right column. Those values should match what Poker Mavens shows and should stick after a reboot.
