{"Event":"Hand","Hand":"130-3","Type":"Ring","Name":"002-Omaha5-New","Table":"1","Time":"2025-04-03 10:46:48"}
{"Event":"Hand","Hand":"131-4","Type":"Ring","Name":"002-Omaha5-New","Table":"1","Time":"2025-04-03 10:47:33"}
{"Event":"Hand","Hand":"132-5","Type":"Ring","Name":"002-Omaha5-New","Table":"1","Time":"2025-04-03 10:48:43"}
this is Event Log :
2025-04-03 10:46:49|API|LogsHandHistory from 2a03:f80:32:84ef::1 (proxy 172.71.98.85)
2025-04-03 10:47:33|House|Ring -40 balance 1499312 (Rake 002-Omaha5-New)
2025-04-03 10:47:33|House|Rake +40 balance 704.41 (002-Omaha5-New)

2025-04-03 10:48:44|API|LogsHandHistory from 2a03:f80:32:84ef::1 (proxy 104.23.166.76)
as you can see Hand 131-4 Callback requested from server at time : 2025-04-03 10:47:33 , but in Event log we have not it !
we have Event 10:46:49 for hand 130-3
we have Even 10:48:44 for hand 132-5
but there is nothing about hand 131-4 at 10:47:33 in Events log !

Re: API Callback Problem ...
My guess is that some hands didn't produce any rake (no flop = no rake) and thus the House Rake account balance did not change and thus no event log entry. Go check the hand history files for those hands and see if that is the case.

no sir , the hand was with RAKE :

Re: API Callback Problem ...
Sorry, I misunderstood your question. You're concerned with the missing API entries in the Event Log, not the House entries. And the API calls are generated on your end after receiving a callback for a completed hand. The Callback Event system recorded the hand locally so it at least attempted to make the callback. Is there anything in the Error Log indicating a problem with the callbacks?
Re: API Callback Problem ...
No sir , there is no error log in that time !
the only error log for this date is :
2025-04-03 05:34:48|Failed API attempt from 2a03:f80:32:84ef::1 (proxy 172.71.182.223) (incorrect password)

Re: API Callback Problem ...
Is your API code on the same machine as the poker server or somewhere else? If somewhere else does it maintain a log of incoming connections that you can check?
A more reliable method would be to disable the callbacks but keep recording them locally. Then have your API code make calls on an interval (like every minute, etc.) using the LogsCallback command. Keep track of last line read so you can use the Start parameter and only fetch new lines each time. Then make your API calls to retrieve the hand histories.
