Client storing HH locally

Post by Grim »

This has probably been requested before and I assume the problem is that it's a web-client but it would be nice to be able to store the handhistory locally on your PC automatically.

Since this probably can't be done automatically, it should be optional setting and when you close the table, the browser asks you if you want to download the hh text file. Or rather, the browser asks where to store the file like a regular download.

Either that or a handhistory option on the server where you can review all the hands you've played (assuming all the hh-files are still on the server).

Browsers don't allow direct access to the local file system. You have to display a link for the user to click on, which is what I do in the admin console if you want to download a file from the server in the file browser dialog.
