Setting Up VPS for Poker Mavens

I have set up google cloud but will now use Vultr instead.

What is the best Type, Image, plan, additional features should I get? I know kent recommended atlantic, but was hoping to use vultr instead.

How can I get a VPS that is around his said price of $15/mo to work with poker mavens?

I don't know anything about Vultr, do they offer Windows plans?

Ive looked into them before as an option they do offer Windows now but I believe thats new and wasnt an option last year. They seem a little pricey compared to some other options Ive seen. Guess it would depend on what kinda of traffic OP is expecting. Personally Ive never been a fan of shared space and always preferred a dedicated box. Costs a little more but in the end its worth it. Shared space can lead to cyber roommate issues where somebodyelses app can bring down the whole machine on ya as happened to me awhile back in the days of PM5.
