Is there a way I can see all the chips that got transferred from player to player during any given week?
I want to track how much each individual player transferred and received
Is it part of a unitality that is already built?

Those are recorded in the Event Log. Use the Event Log Viewer utility to search through your logs and filter on "Transfer".
